Sale Policy on Returns and Exchanges:

This limited offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. All sales are final. We will not be accepting returns and exchanges. This is an online event only and not available in store so we can practice social distancing.

The sale season can be a little crazy, so we ask for your patience when we respond to your order inquiries. We are a small team and are doing our best to personally answer your questions! :)

How do I order?
Easy as Sunday morning. Select the product, add to cart, and proceed to checkout.

If you plan to stay a while, create an account so we can keep you on our nice list. :)

What mode of payment do you accept?
We accept payments through Paypal, Bank Deposit and/or Bank Transfer. We don’t accept COD (Cash On Delivery) at the moment.

For Bank Deposit/Bank Transfer method, kindly note that your reservation will only be valid within 48 hours once we confirm your order. To secure your reservation, we highly advise to deposit/transfer your payment immediately and send us the payment confirmation (e.g. photo of the deposit slip), together with your name, via email.

Did you know that you may link your debit/credit card to your Paypal account when you sign up? Here’s an easier checkout for you.

When will you ship my order?
For Bank Deposit/Bank Transfer payments, don’t forget to email us your deposit slip/transfer confirmation right away to secure your pair. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number.

Please give us 1-2 working days to confirm your order. Once your order is confirmed, it will be reserved for you for 48 hours. If it's sale season, please give us more time to respond to your messages. Don't worry, it’s coming your way!

Shipping process:

  • Mon-Fri, 6pm - 8pm

Delivery process:

  • Metro Manila: within 3-7 working days*
  • Provincial: within 7-9 working days*

Please note that we do not process, ship or deliver orders on weekends and special/non-working holidays.

*We do our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible, but due to the holiday season and influx of orders whenever we have a new launch or sale, processing of orders may take more time than the usual. We ask for your patience and understanding!

Can I still change my order?
Orders are processed instantly upon checkout. Should you change your mind, please contact us (name, contact no., email and order no.) via email - sales@poshpocketshoes.com.ph right away.

Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?
We understand how you feel... Not to worry, we finally have a waitlist option available for you so you won’t miss out! When an item is sold out, just go to the item page that is sold out and enter your email address so you will be notified when it’s back in stock.

Can you help me choose a gift for my loved one?
Aw, that’s so sweet of you. :) We’ve tagged all our shoes according to style (vintage, office wear, casual) and color (nudes, pink, black.) You can search by tags to help you choose what’s best for your loved one! If that doesn’t do it, we also have gift cards available.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

Where are your shoes manufactured?
Posh Pocket Shoes is locally made at our workshop in Marikina, Philippines. We believe in Filipino craftsmanship and support the livelihood of our local shoemakers.

What are your shoes made of?
Our flats are made of premium man-made leather, while our sandals are made of genuine leather (upper, lining, and insole.)

What skin tones are your colors suitable for?
We personally choose all the colors to make sure that they are flattering for every type of skin tone. We love a great nude and the perfect shade of blush like you!

How do I know my accurate size?
We know online shopping can be a bit tricky especially when buying shoes. To eliminate the chances of getting the wrong size (bummer!), we’ve provided a Size Chart to help you.

How can I take care of my shoes?
For flats, we use premium quality man-made leather. Synthetic or man-made leather requires a lot of care and attention for it to stand time, the sun, and our tropical climate. To avoid cracks, we suggest you use baby oil or a leather conditioner. These are the best ways you can prevent and keep your shoes from cracking. We also recommend that you store them properly in a well-ventilated area to keep them in their tiptop shape.

For genuine leather sandals, it is best to keep them away from water as much as possible. You may use a soft cloth to wipe away any bits of dirt that may have stuck during your wear. If in case that doesn’t work, you may use leather conditioner to clean them thoroughly. If in case they get wet, you can let them air dry in the shade. No dryers and direct sunlight, as they will damage the leather. For odors and the like, simply sprinkle a little baking soda and dust it off the next day.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we do. Gift cards are non-refundable and are only valid if purchased directly from Posh Pocket Shoes (in-store or website). It’s good as cash so there is no expiration date.
